This is the first time I had to use an auto transport service shipping a car from TX to CA. As with no knowledge of about this field of business, I made blind calls to several brokers and then signed a contract with one in southern Calfornia, which made firm promise to get my car delivered within a week, but 10 days passed, it had even not found a driver, causing me a huge storage fees and then I signed a contract with second broker in Houston, which was no different from the first one. Those brokers did nothing and just posted a list waiting for drivers. They did not care about your need and your cost of storage fees. Finally, I found RCG which had pretty nice BBB rating. So I decide to give another try. To my great satisfaction, this broker has a great team and tenders excellent service. Their team cared about my car-shipping as their own, kept me always updated and made all their efforts to have my car delivered in time. For those who are first time to have a car shipped, trust me, dont waste your time shopping around, use this broker. You wont be disappointed. This is really 5+ star broker in its business.read more

We provided Notary Services for them for an Out of State Delivery in Reno Nevada. They were GREAT and you could tell by how happy the buyer was. They called to let us know when they were coming and met us at Boomtown exit 4. The paperwork was all completed so we only held the buyer up for about 15 minutes and everyone was on their way! My father is a Veteran who recently became homeless so I came to Oregon from Idaho to move him out of The Dalles to be with family. I got his F350 ready for the road, loaded everything he owned into his truck, and got him on his way to his sister in California. About 3 hours out of town he started having shortness of breath and light headedness so he checked himself into the ER at Mercy in Roseburg, OR. I called RCG the next day which was a Friday, but no one answered as it was right at closing time. A few minutes later Tony called me back because he noticed the missed call. I explained the predicament and he quoted me a price $150 cheaper than 3 other companies I reached out to. The logistics of having family meet a driver there on the day my dad would be released was a nightmare, we have no family in Oregon so Tony gave me his direct line for coordination. The following Monday they transferred my dad to Eugine, OR for a triple bypass (keys were left with Security at Mercy along with a secret word for authentication) so I decided just to meet the driver myself which is an 8 hour trip from Idaho. I called Tony back but he was off, they found my quote though and transferred me to Brad the manager. He listened to my dilemma, honored the quote, and sent me the electronic docs to sign. It took me several hours to get the VIN from my dad as he was in the hospital so it was 5 minutes to closing before I completed the docs. I had a confirmation reply from RCG that night. My dad's surgery got pushed several times so I ended up enroute to Eugine on Wednesday with plans to meet the driver later in the week if RCG was able to schedule it that soon. As soon as I got on the road I called RCG to check the status for pickup and to my suprise the driver was enroute to my dad's truck. I was panicked as I was nowhere near Roseburg so Denise put me on conference call with the driver and we arranged for him to pick up without anyone having to meet him at no extra cost, even with some other circumstances that I could have easily been charged for. The truck arrived at the drop off safely and I'm still in Eugene with my dad awaiting his surgery without any stress over his truck and belongings. RCG, I can not thank you enough.read more
