TO SHIP A CAR?
INFORMATION NEEDED TO SHIP YOUR VEHICLE
When shipping your car with ACERTUS, you will need to provide us with a working phone number and email so that you can be easily reached throughout the shipping process, we also recommend providing an alternate contact info such as your work number or an authorized representative in case you can’t be reached.
We will need the year, make, model and Vehicle ID Number (VIN) for every vehicle we ship as well as an appropriate authorization from the vehicle’s owner. We advise you to double check your contract to confirm that we have the correct pick up and delivery address on file.
When placing your order, we’ll ask for a pick up and delivery window. Please keep in mind that this is an estimated time frame and we can not guarantee pickup or delivery dates due to the nature of our business.
