Normally we ask for at least a week’s notice in order to ensure that your vehicle will get picked up on time. Keep in mind that holidays can delay your shipment.

How long will it take for my car to arrive

Depending on the distance, weather, and unforeseen circumstances it may take up to 10 days to deliver your vehicle. Contact us for specific estimates on your shipment.

Can I put personal items in the car

We advise against placing personal items in the vehicle during transportation. Personal items will not be covered by insurance and we can’t make any guarantees.

You may place up to 50 lbs of personal items in the car without incurring additional charges. However for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska personal items are not allowed under any circumstances. Having personal items will delay the transportation and will cause additional fees.

Yes your car is insured when it is being transported. See the available resources on our website for specifics regarding insurance coverages and limits. Contact us for specifics on individual policies and limits.

What is the difference between OPEN and ENCLOSED transport.

Enclosed transport is normally reserved for transporting antiques, exotic and unique vehicle. Although shipping your car enclosed will protect it from the weather it is generally more expensive, up to 50% more in certain cases. We normally advise to ship via Open car hauler due to the significant cost saving and quicker scheduling, see our enclosed transportation page for more info.

Is my deposit refundable.

Yes, if you want to cancel your order your deposit is fully refundable up to 24-hours of the scheduled pick up date.

What determines the cost to ship my car

Many variable go into determining the price you pay to transport your car. The most basic of which are: distances traveled, size of the vehicle and time of year. Because of the volatile nature of the business, supply and demand often contribute greatly. Certain regions experience seasonal spikes that may drive up prices and decrease capacity. Also some location, particularly those farther away from major highways are more expensive to ship because of the added costs to make a detour.

Can you ship damaged or non-running vehicles

Yes, we specialize in shipping cars that do not run or are damaged. Certain complications are inherent when shipping cars that don’t run and you should be aware of having to make concessions that make it possible to transport damaged or not running cars. Customers that buy vehicle at salvage actions should have access to a fork lift or a roll-back tow truck to assist in unloading of their vehicles.

Do you offer expedited auto transportation

We attempt to accommodate all of our client’s needs. Whenever possible we attempt to ship cars as soon as possible. At times we may have access to a truck with an available spot but this is not guaranteed and the unpredictable nature of the business makes it very difficult to make guarantees.
