Shipping salvaged and damaged cars from auctions like Copart and IAAI is made possible due to forklift. Cars that do not rolls or steer are easily loaded onto the auto transporters. It is important to realize that it is the responsibility of the customers to unload the vehicle on delivery.  If a forklift is not available a tow truck may need to be used at owners expense.

Auto auction will not load all vehicles, if a car is too heavy or oversize a wrecker will need to be hired to load. It is also important to realize that during loading with a forklift a car is likely to get damaged.
