Provide alternate contact info such as your work number or an authorized representative. Also make sure we have the correct pick up and delivery address on file
Perform a careful inspection of the vehicle when it is delivered. Don’t forget to the check the roof of the vehicle as well as the undercarriage. Note any damages on the inspection report and sign it. Retain a copy for your records.
We advise against placing any personal items in the vehicle during transit. In some cases we may allow up to 100lbs of belonging to be shipped with your vehicle but they will not be covered by insurance.
Make sure your vehicle is ready to be transported. Was the car prior to pick up, also keep the gas level between 1/8 to 1/4 tank to minimize weight. Make sure that everything attached to the vehicle is secure and won’t cause damage.
Be available on your set shipping date. Normally a driver will call 24 hours in advance to give a 4 hour window to either make arrangement for pick up or delivery. The person shipping or receiving a car must be an adult.
When the driver arrives he will go over the vehicle with you and note any existing damages, scratches or imperfections. It is advised to also take a picture of your car at the time. Request a copy of the inspection from and retain it for your personal records.

Make sure that your vehicle will be able to start and drive up onto the car hauler. If your vehicle becomes inoperable at any time during transit, additional fees will be charged.
