Requirements

To Ship Cars with Us Carriers Must Meet the Following:

• Have valid insurance coverage for transporting automobiles
• Proper and current operating authority if hauling interstate loads
• Signed Broker-Carrier Contract and dispatch sheet
• Must have cell/GPS tracking
• 6 months of verifiable experience

Will Terminate Our relationship with a Carrier for:

• Back solicitation of our Customers
• Hijacking a load or Demanding Upfront Payment
• In-Transit Agreement Modification
• Re-brokering of freight without permission
• Drivers don’t communicate with dispatch or don’t provide updates
• Excessive reports of:

Late pick ups or No Shows

Cancellation after accepting a load

Damages and Claims

Shipping New or High Value Cars

• Two years minimum verifiable experience
• Trailer and Truck must be 2000 or newer
• Not have excessive claims
• Insurance certificate showing minimum of $250,000
