We are a logistics company, we arrange the movement of freight and ship cars within the United States and Canada. We specialize in moving automobiles, but also ship ATVs, motorcycles and some construction equipment. Most of our clients are car dealers, auto shops, exporting companies, financial institutions, insurance companies as well as individuals.
We ship cars nationwide and also provide local transportation, door to door. We service the continuous 48 states and can also arrange shipping from Alaska and Canada. We can ship vehicles that are inoperable, damaged or theft recovery. We service major auto auction such Manheim, Copart, IAAI, independent auto pools and even repo companies and are familiar with their policies concerning storage fees and gate release passes.
Our objective is to provide affordable auto transportation. We do not make the claim to be the cheapest or have the lowest price, but we offer great value with a fair price structure with our expertise. We cherish the relationships we have with our customers as over 85% of work comes from repeat business. It is important to understand that the auto transport business is highly susceptible to seasonal changes and as a result the prices fluctuate up and down. Our rates are negotiable within the general framework of the market, we will not quote an order that we feel we cannot get done in an adequate amount of time.
We offer flexible payment options when booking orders. We can take credit cards, wire transfers and we can also do 30-day invoicing with our bigger customers. It is an industry standard to get an up front deposit for all new customers. However, we only charge deposit once we arrange a truck for your shipment. Our typical deposit is $100 and it is fully refundable if you want to cancel your order no questions are asked assuming the driver has not been dispatched to the pick up location.
It is important to be sure that your car will be safe during transport. We gaurantee that any time we transport a vehicle it will be fully insured at no extra cost to you. For added peace of mind we carry our own contingency cargo insurace to protect your vehicle from lapses in coverage.
